Come out this Saturday and help us support one of our favorite causes: Matt’s Run. This is a 5k course that allows you to run or walk through the Cal Poly Pomona campus. Along the way you will see some of the agriculture that Cal Poly is famous for. As the 10th anniversary of the run, all are encouraged to dress up as their favorite superhero to support “The Heart of a Hero” theme. All proceeds from registrations and donations go directly toward scholarships for students who have overcome difficulties in life but still strive to finish their education and give back to the community.
Matt’s Run is a great opportunity to stretch your legs, support a great cause, and view the beautiful Cal Poly Pomona scenery. It’s also the same day as the annual Pumpkin Festival, which is just down the street.
PLUS there will be a drawing at the end of the race for a chance to win 2 Disneyland park hopper tickets!
